Eirini Nousia
Eirini Nousia founded Golden Venn in 2007. Over the last ten years Eirini has developed Golden Venn into one of the most respected London property advisors with global recognition.
Prior to founding Golden Venn, Eirini worked in private banking, as an investment advisor for the London arm of the Swiss EFG Private Bank. During this time she assisted a large number of high net worth individuals with an entire range of investment needs, including organising the financing for their London based property acquisitions. Previously she was appointed by a Greek bank to advise on the formulation of the UK property lending policy for their UK branch.
With over 17 years of collective experience in the whole spectrum of the property market Eirini has been the trusted property advisor for some of the wealthiest families internationally. Under her supervision, Golden Venn has culminated in an increasing global client base of high net worth individuals who have acquired properties for close to GBP 500m.
Eirini’s respect for different cultures and her enthusiasm along with her experience and professionalism have been key to the success of Golden Venn.
